04 NEW HOME

Set on an unusually large site with sea and mountain views. This house was designed as a set of courtyards that connect to the public and private aspects of the home. The major constraint of this property was the north entry facing aspect. We needed to arrive at the living area without seeming to climb many stairs. We achieved this with a series of platforms that were linked by these courtyards.
