05 BEACH BUNGALOW

Bungalows in cape town have a rigid set of constraints as they have to be built within the envelope of the original bungalow. This was not a typical bungalow start. We chose to create two barn-like elements and to expose the timber structure externally rather than clad it as one would traditionally.
